Mrs. Rachel moved to Colorado in 2017 and is originally from Orlando, Florida. After many successful years in hospitality and property management, she rediscovered her passion for early learning and made the transition into the childcare field. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business at CU Denver and, as of December 2025, proudly earned her Lead Teacher Certification in Early Childhood Education.

Outside of work and school, Mrs. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, dining out with friends, visiting family back in Florida, and traveling whenever she can. She is truly excited for all that her future in Early Childhood Education holds and is thrilled to be part of the CWS team!
